1.Job Responsibility

・To support management in consumer segment division to make management decisions by using statistical data analysis and modeling so that the management facing issues coming from operations can make a judgement with information based on more advanced data analysis.  

・To execute and make action plans to improve conversion rate for insurance policies and acquire new potential customers with modeling the data where sales and marketing departments can use based on the data analysis.   

・To contribute to “ increase in revenue with profitability” for consumer segment division by constantly monitoring and revising the developed models and by optimizing marketing investment and maximizing customer lifetime value     

2.Key Tasks & Accountabilities

・Developing customer journey models for purchasing insurance policies with Digital Analytics

            Funnel analysis for purchasing insurance policies with web log analysis

            Developing funnel conversion lift model

・Developing model and analyzing campaign data for each media by profiling potential customers

            Making profiles for customers and customer segment by channel

            Developing optimal allocation model on investment by mass media channel  

            Selecting segments for outbound follow-up to improve conversion rate

            Developing model and making A/B testing on follow-up campaign for potential customers

・Developing model to improve retention rate by profiling existing customers

            Selecting segments for outbound follow-up to improve retention rate

            Developing model and making A/B testing on follow-up campaign for existing customers

・Promoting and operational efficiency and optimization

            Predicting call volume for customer care center & optimizing allocation of the staffs

            Specifying bottleneck by customer purchasing history and purchasing process analysis

・Supporting senior data analysts

3.Qualifications/Experience

・Basic knowledge in Statistics, Probability, and Information Theory

・Experience (3+ years) in data extraction from database, analysis and modeling (Time Series Analysis , Generalized Linear Model, Machine Learning and etc.) as a data analyst –

・Proficiency in at least one of SAS, R and Python
